Job Selling points for the Bilingual Intake Specialist:
- Weekly pay
- Set schedule M-F / No weekends
- Hybrid schedule after training.
- Manage a high-volume intake system.
- Responding to intakes in a timely manner.
- Conduct lead screenings.
- Work with other Legal Intake Specialists to accomplish special projects.
- Contract to Hire
- Pay starting at $18/hour
- Mon-Fri 8:00a - 5:00p (No Weekends)
- Hybrid after training (usually 90 days)
- 3-5 years of customer service experience handling phones.
- Spanish Bilingual Required.
- High School diploma or equivalent is required.
