Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and adaptable Clinical Specialist for a PRN/Part-Time position, providing a unique chance to advance in the exciting realm of medical devices and clinical diagnostics. This role is perfect for healthcare professionals eager to apply their skills on a flexible schedule while engaging with pioneering medical technology.
Key Responsibilities:
- On-Site Assistance: Visit client locations to train and support healthcare providers in the effective use of our device.
- Device Customization: Adjust and set up devices according to company protocols and client specifications.
- Post-Sales Training: Facilitate training sessions and workshops to ensure users fully understand and utilize the device.
- Initial Deployment Support: Offer hands-on assistance during the launch of the product in various healthcare settings, including ENT, Pediatric, and Urgent Care.
- Client Engagement: Actively evaluate client needs, provide solutions, and escalate issues to guarantee satisfaction.
- Team Collaboration: Partner with Territory Managers and complete necessary documentation to ensure a smooth client experience.
- Continuous Learning: Stay proficient with the product through ongoing training provided by the company.
- Compliance Adherence: Fulfill vendor credentialing requirements, including necessary immunizations and medical prerequisites.
- Reporting Duties: Accurately complete expense and hourly reports in a timely manner.
- Healthcare Experience: Current qualifications as a Nurse, NP, PA, or other Allied Health professional. LPNs are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Experience Requirement: At least 2 years in frontline care or a specialized clinic environment.
- Customer Service Orientation: High level of initiative, accountability, and professionalism focused on exceeding client expectations.
- Technical Skills: Proficient with Windows and MS Office Suite applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Communication Proficiency: Strong skills in communication, presentation, training, and interpersonal relations.
- Bilingual Advantage: Proficiency in Spanish/English is a plus.
- Availability: Willingness to commit to 2-3 days of availability during weekdays.
- Flexibility: Ability to travel overnight and work across multiple accounts within a designated area, sometimes with short notice.
- Location Requirement: Must reside within proximity to a major US airport and have reliable transportation for assignments.
- Expense Reimbursement: Mileage and expenses will be covered, including a technology allowance.
