Wachter, Inc., a powerhouse of alarm system installation, is seeking experienced Fire Alarm Engineers to join their team in the Fayetteville, AR area.

If you have at least 3 years of experience servicing and installing fire alarm and burglar systems, Wachter wants to hear from you EST4 Certification is a plus.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Provide daily technical support for fire and burglar alarm systems, ensuring optimal performance and rapid response to issues.
  • Assist with access control systems and paging/voice communication support as needed.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve problems across a broad array of alarm components and systems.
  • Engage in control panel programming, alarm system design, and documentation.
  • Review inspection documentation for compliance and accuracy.
  • Support training initiatives for new technicians, ensuring a high level of competency in system installation and maintenance.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance support operations and develop best practices.
