Collections Representative

Salary: $18-$22/hr.
Job Description and Qualifications:
- Engage in extensive outbound calling as a primary responsibility.
- Handle business-to-business (B2B) collections efficiently.
- Utilize leasing experience to enhance job performance.
- Candidates with direct, rather than third-party, experience are preferred.
- Deliver exceptional customer service through frequent interaction with Canon's clientele.
- Exhibit excellent writing and verbal communication abilities.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Apply knowledge of accounting principles and cash application processes.
- A degree in Finance or Business is desirable.
The role provides a flexible hybrid work arrangement, with mandatory in-office presence on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. The opportunity to work remotely for the remaining weekdays is available, subject to business requirements that may necessitate additional in-office attendance. Please be aware that work schedules and office attendance policies are subject to modification based on the evolving needs of the business.

Our program provides employees the flexibility to choose the type of coverage that meets their individual needs. Available paid leave may include Paid Sick Leave, where required by law; any other paid leave required by Federal, State, or local law; and Holiday pay upon meeting eligibility criteria.
Pay Details: $18.00 to $22.00 per hour
