RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce is seeking a Sales Analyst 1 in Beaverton, OR.Summary:As our Inventory Sales Account Representative, you will support our Value Partner business in NA. You will partner and collaborate with the Inventory Sales Managers to manage the North America Marketplace. You will build and maintain strong relationships with internal cross-functional partners as well as our External Partner portfolio of accounts. This position helps to deliver on metrics that keep us the leading sports brand in the world. Your attention to detail, decision making skills and results oriented motivation will be utilized to achieve our deliverables to the company and the accounts we service.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree (preferred) or equivalent relevant work experience
  • Retail, Account Management, and Direct Sales experience preferred
  • Technical/Professional Skills: Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) and data platforms
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Proactive, accountable and goal-oriented; demonstrates strong organizational skills and able to deliver accurate results in a timely manner
  • Ability to evaluate and prioritize the current cross functional needs of the business units and shift focus accordingly
  • Displays excellent customer service skills with a high degree of professionalism
  • Able to cooperatively work with a diverse group of individuals and teams within the company as well as account buyers and assistant buyers externally
  • Understands Retail metrics and financial data and able to utilize information to make informed and sound decisions
  • Leadership qualities and ability to persuade and influence people to take desired action
  • Experience in the -Off-Price- or Value Sector a definite plus

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.

Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
