Retail Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Smart Foodservice Stores LLC. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and achieving sales goals.
Key Responsibilities- Provide fast, easy, and efficient service to customers, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and front end areas.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card transactions, and other payment methods.
- Restock shelves, maintain inventory levels, and ensure products are properly labeled and displayed.
- Assist customers with product information, answer questions, and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store atmosphere.
- Minimum 6-12 months retail cashier and/or stocking experience required.
- Minimum one year retail selling and/or customer service experience preferred.
- Ability to work a flexible hourly schedule, including holidays and weekends.
- Basic computer skills, cash handling experience, and proficiency utilizing general office equipment.
- High School Diploma or equivalent work experience required.
