Claims Representative - 1 Year Contract

Location: Camden, NJ
Type: 1 Year Contract
Schedule: M-F 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $20/hr

Job Details:

Responsibilities:

  • Assist Claims team with handling, investigating, settling, and resolving Auto Liability and Auto Physical Damage claims for company-owned vehicles, including Test Fleet Vehicles, Promotional Vehicles, and Employee Vehicle Leasing Program vehicles.
  • Support the Risk Analyst with driving approvals and maintenance of the STARS Driver Database.
  • Assist with Claims Third Party Administrator RFP.
  • Run ad hoc reports.
  • Acknowledge and respond to email driving inquiries in a timely fashion.
Requirements:
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task.
  • Excellent listening and customer service skills.
  • Competent experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Preferred:
  • Experience with Origami RMIS System.
  • Previous auto/vehicle insurance experience.
