The Cybersecurity IT Business Operations Manager will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. You will make an impact in partnership with key stakeholders and guide the development and management of the cyber budget.

During your first few weeks in this IT Business Operations Manager role, you can expect to take on some of the following:

  • Serve as primary liaison between cyber, IT, and FP&A stakeholders, ensuring adherence to financial processes and reporting requirements
  • Promote strategic decision-making by proactively identifying and communicating budgetary risks and opportunities to key cyber stakeholders
  • Implement processes and governance to ensure all purchases are authorized, in alignment with the forecast, within approved spend thresholds, and in adherence to organizational sourcing and spend governance processes
  • Manage process improvement and simplification initiatives across financial processes and spend visibility

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in finance accounting or other related discipline AND Seven (7+) years of experience managing financials for IT system or software products OR a high school diploma or GED and Fourteen years of experience managing IT systems and software products systems
  • Seven years of finance/accounting experience in a private, public, government, or military environment
  • Five or more years of IT business operations management experience
  • Excellent financial acumen – ability to translate complex business problems into financial terms
  • Operations finance and corporate finance skills
