● Review and input business continuity data into planning tool

● Assist with the building of teams, and rosters within Business Continuity and Site Plans within enterprise planning tool.

● Collaborating with Process Owners, Coordinators, and Plan Owners.

● Build, extend, and share data visualizations that are relevant to the business to support the health of the operations.

Job Requirements:

● Good time management and strong organizations skills with the ability to prioritize and complete work and/or projects effectively.

● Manually performing data validation and data migration, such as exporting, importing, transforming, and verifying data.

● Use of various tools and scripts (word, excel, PowerPoint, Fusion Risk Management)

● Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.

Experience

● Experience with Microsoft Suite and Business Continuity Planning Tools desired

● Up to two years of related work experience in roles that include Business Planning and Documentation responsibilities.
