Job Description:

Learn all about metal fabrication & grow your skillset and career with F3 Metalworx These entry-level positions (Utility) in North East (16428) and Erie (16505) are truly entry level If you're new to manufacturing and have a strong desire to learn or have experience working in powder coating or fabrication and want to get your foot in the door to grow your career, our utility positions are for you 1st AND 2nd shift availability for our North East Powder Coating Division. 1st shift availability is also in our fabrication divisions, both in North East and Erie. F3 provides a $13-14/HR base wage plus an attendance incentive and an additional shift differential for those that work 2nd shift. Apply now

Duties and Responsibilities

*Specific to fabrication
  • Part names and numbers
  • Proper metals and equipment prior to use
  • Setup tooling for the following machines
  • *Spot weld
  • *PEM insertion
  • Graining
  • Assembly
  • Document use and wear of all tooling

**Complete process checks prior to and during operation to confirm the following**

  • Tolerances
  • Proper machine function
  • Quality standards
  • Maintain accuracy and motivation on repetitive jobs
  • Maintain a clean working area during and after operation
  • Ensure machine is clean and in proper working condition prior to, during and after use
  • Communicate clearly with the next shift regarding the following
  • Completed items
  • Urgent items
  • Machine details
  • Items schedule next
  • Report any broken tooling or machinery in a timely manner
  • Initiate process improvements
