  • Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain finished goods and work-in-progress (WIP) inventories, ensuring optimal levels and minimizing waste.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and team members.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve material shortages or overages, ensuring minimal disruption to production.

Requirements:

  • Education: Associate's degree in a related field, with a Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience: 5 years of experience in scheduling functions, with a strong background in manufacturing operations.
  • Skills: Strong written and verbal communication, leadership, and organizational skills, with proficiency in computer software and systems.
