Job Details:
  • Pay Range: $25-$28/hr based on skillset
  • Monday - Friday 1st Shift 8:00am - 4:30pm
  • Opportunities for overtime as needed
  • Contract to Hire

Job Requirements:
  • High School diploma or GED
  • Associates degree in business admin or related field preferred
  • 3 years experience minimum in customer service, sales, or order processing
  • Well versed in SAP and MS Office highly preferred
  • Ability to read, write and speak English Language
  • Experience in CRM, sales and distribution, and business intelligence
  • Understanding of Import & Export regulations
  • Prior experience in fast-paced manufacturing
Job Description:
  • Enter customer and market data into the CRM; create and update material master data and ensure customer data is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Set credit limits and manage the creation of credit and debit notes independently.
  • Process customer inquiries, provide quotes, and clarify any details related to pricing, delivery, and technical requirements.
  • Manage customer forecasts and orders, ensuring clear communication with customers and internal teams.
  • Update pricing and handle changes as needed
  • Help optimize key metrics and support departmental process improvements.
  • Participate in projects as needed.
  • Address and coordinate customer complaints.
  • Assist in training new employees.
  • Stay informed about relevant legal and market changes.
  • Support cross-company collaboration and share knowledge across teams.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant workspace.
  • Assist with process improvements and follow safety and quality guidelines.
