Financial Planner Administrator Details:

  • Schedule: 8:00AM-5:00PM Monday-Friday
  • Pay Rate: $50,000-$55,000
Financial Planner Administrator Qualifications:
  • The ideal candidate would possess a high level of detail, efficient organizational skills, and the ability to work independently
  • Most importantly, the candidate would have a positive attitude and the desire to be a part of a company who is deeply dedicated to our clients
  • Excellent computer skills with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Having obtained a High School diploma or higher
  • Life, Health, and Securities licenses and plus but not required
  • Understanding key principles and terms concerning Financial Markets, investments, and insurance
  • Organized with good project management skills
Financial Planner Administrator Responsibilities:
  • The assistant would provide ongoing client and business development support to the Financial Advisors
  • Daily responsibilities would include maintaining proactive client communication, assisting with ongoing office administration, and creating and maintaining client records
  • Regularly report to and communicate with the Financial Advisors and team regarding client service and account management
  • Coordinate and manage Account Openings with regular follow up and timely notification
  • Handle Account Communication as efficiently as possible (client calls, emails, forms, letters, etc.)
  • Fully integrate Redtail CRM with automation of each of your ongoing administration and operational responsibilities
  • Coordinate the completion of all filing and e-filing to keep the team organized in accordance with required standards
