Job Title: Pharmacist Analyst

Job Summary:

South Central Health System is seeking a highly skilled Pharmacist Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our Epic support team, you will be responsible for providing primary support to oncology applications within our electronic health record. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring seamless integration with other clinical applications and information systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary support contact for oncology application end users.
  • Identify and resolve issues that impact application teams and other clinical applications.
  • Guide workflow design, build, and testing of the system.
  • Implement requested changes to the system.
  • Serve as a liaison between end users' workflow needs and Epic staff.
  • Maintain regular communication with Epic representatives.
  • Work with Epic representatives and stakeholders to ensure the system meets business needs.
  • Develop an understanding of operational needs to set direction for workflows.
  • Participate in training and work with end users.
  • Troubleshoot problems and questions.
  • Review project status and issues with leadership.
  • Participate in weekly communications with team members.

Education and Experience:

  • Registered Pharmacist, required.
  • Two years hospital, oncology, or specialty pharmacy experience, required.
  • Attain assigned EPIC (WISCONSIN) Certification(s) within 90 days of employment.
