_*Josephine at Home seeks a RN Home Health Administrator/Director of Nursing*_ to manage operations for a new and growing home health/home care program. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing and administrative leadership to ensure the highest quality of care for our clients. A minimum of three years of home health experience is required with a minimum of one year of home health management required. OASIS certification strongly recommended.

Duties:

- Manage all aspects of home health and in-home care programs including staff supervision, patient care and regulatory compliance for both services lines.
- Develop and Implement policies and procedures for both Home Health Care and Home Care to maintain high standards of care
- Oversee financial operations, budgeting, and ensure financial sustainability
- Coordinate with medical professionals, families, and staff to provide comprehensive care plans

Skills:

- A minimum of three years of experience in home health is required with a minimum of one year of home health management experience.

\_ OASIS Certification required within 1 year
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team
- RN licensure is required.
- Financial acumen to handle budgeting, accounts receivables and financial management responsibilities
- Excellent supervisory skills to oversee staff members effectively
