Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team at Josephine at Home, a faith-based non-profit organization serving Snohomish County. As an Occupational Therapist, you will work with patients in their homes, providing personalized care and support to help them achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and cognitive abilities
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve patients' functional abilities
  • Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care
  • Provide education and training to patients and caregivers on proper techniques and strategies for daily living
  • Document patient progress and outcomes in a timely and accurate manner
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited school of Occupational Therapy
  • Licensed or eligible for licensure in the State of Washington
  • Active and unencumbered Washington State Driver's License and auto insurance
  • Current American Heart Association (AHA) Healthcare Provider BLS certification
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Compassionate nature and ability to work with vulnerable patients
  • Minimum 1 year recent work experience as an Occupational Therapist
  • Prior Home Health experience preferred
