Key Responsibilities:

  • Program Management: Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure high-quality care and maintain regulatory compliance for both home health and in-home care services.
  • Staff Supervision: Oversee and manage a team of healthcare professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent patient care.
  • Financial Management: Develop and manage budgets, oversee financial operations, and ensure financial sustainability for our home health services.
  • Care Coordination: Collaborate with medical professionals, families, and staff to develop comprehensive care plans that meet the unique needs of our patients.

Requirements:

  • Experience: A minimum of three years of experience in home health, with a minimum of one year of home health management experience.
  • Certification: OASIS certification is strongly recommended.
  • Skills: Strong leadership skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
  • Licensure: RN licensure is required.
