Location: Hybrid in Fort Lauderdale, FL

Duration: Direct Hire - Permanent

Salary Range: $80-88k depending on level of experience


Must Haves:

  • A master’s degree in a related field required
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Three years of relevant, progressive experience required
  • Experience conducting home studies required
  • Experience working with immigrant populations required
  • Knowledge of local community social services required

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the assignment of Unaccompanied Children referrals
  • Oversee and train program staff
  • Supervise the work of caseworkers within the region
  • Ensure staff comply with agency and regulatory policies and procedures
  • Assist staff in managing crises that may arise on their caseloads
  • Perform a variety of administrative or executive support tasks, such as trend/quarterly reports that are confidential
  • Conduct weekly audits to ensure all assessments, reports, and team case notes are current in the hardcopy file and electronic file
  • Communicate with ORR and other vendors; meet all deadlines required by ORR, state licensing, and federal partners
  • Perform other duties as requested by your immediate supervisor, the Vice President of HS/PRS, Senior and Executive leadership, or the Deputy for Federal Programs
