Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage life sciences projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, resource allocation, and budgets.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, including researchers, scientists, regulatory affairs, and external partners, to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure timely delivery.
  • Maintain regular communication with stakeholders, providing updates on project status, milestones, and any changes to the project plan.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Facilitate project meetings, prepare project documentation, and track project deliverables.
  • Manage project budgets, track expenses, and report on financial performance.
  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying areas for process optimization and implementing best practices in project management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Biology, Chemistry, or a related field; a Master’s degree or PMP certification is a plus.
  • 3+ years of project management experience in the life sciences or related industry.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results within deadlines.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Jira) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus.
