Key Responsibilities:


Financial Oversight:

  • Collaborate with leadership to ensure department and event financial targets are met.
  • Develop strategies to meet and exceed financial goals.


People Leadership:

  • Inspire and manage a high-performing team, overseeing performance management, hiring, and staff development.
  • Ensure effective scheduling, address staffing needs, and foster a positive work environment.
  • Conduct performance reviews, recommend salary adjustments, and support career advancement through training and development.


Operational Excellence:

  • Oversee daily Show Services operations to optimize resource utilization and scheduling.
  • Act as the key liaison for internal and external communications, ensuring strong relationships with accounts.
  • Utilize project management tools to drive project success and participate in strategic planning processes.
  • Address and resolve issues promptly, implementing improvements to enhance operational efficiency.


Standardization and Process Improvement:


  • Identify and troubleshoot potential issues, contributing to process enhancements.
  • Develop and enforce policies and procedures to standardize operations and improve service delivery.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Business Management, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of hands-on experience in operations and live event management.
  • Proven track record in supervising, coaching, and developing staff.
  • Technical expertise in audio-visual elements such as audio, video, and lighting.
  • Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and client-focused skills.
  • Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities.
