BILA A/S is a Danish automation company and an international Group which supplies production-optimizing solutions. The solutions consist of both simple automation and optimization of entire production lines. BILA was founded in 1988 and the company has provided extensive expert knowledge in automation solutions because of their many years of experience with manufacturing robotic solutions.


BILA operates within four different business units: Automation, End-of Line, Products and Global service. BILA Products develops and sells self-driving trucks which are called Global AGVs. The Global AGV is an intelligent and innovative solution for palletizing. BILA is growing, as they are experiencing a strong interest in their automation products at an international level. The company is now looking for talented business minded individuals to reinforce and establish the sale of Global AGV in the United States.


The business is rapidly developing, and BILA looks forward to welcoming an Atlanta, Chicago or Dallas based Inside Sales Representative.


Supporting – Growth – Leads


As the new Inside Sales Representative, you will report to the Sales Director of G-AGV. You will be responsible for the support of the entire sales organization. You are expected to handle all incoming calls driven by the web optimization, lead generation efforts and overall marketing initiatives. You document all activity in the CRM system and execute on a marketing communications and activity plan. Your key tasks will include receiving and answering all in bound calls and facilitate engagement and disbursement as needed from customers. Furthermore, you identify new potential customers, establish business relationships, and train these customers in the products. You prepare detail and accurate forecasts for all sales activities, and you will get the opportunity to take part in field visits with relevant customers to foster successful partnerships. We expect that you continuously seek improvement and development opportunities in your function.


You have an educational background within sales, marketing or related field. You have knowledge of and/or experience with inside sales and proven experience of lead generation and campaign management from the automation or robotics industry. You are extremely IT literate and are able to use MS Office, CRM, Adobe and other related tools. Furthermore, you must have strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with customers.


As a person you are positive, ambitious and take ownership for your responsibilities. We expect you to have a strong attention to details, you are required to show initiative and work independently. You are able to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.


The position will be in Tennessee but travel and occasional travel to Europe must be expected.
