Your Day-to-Day: to excel in this role, you will need to...

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers through effective communication and exceptional service.
  • Proactively identify and pursue sales opportunities to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Develop a deep understanding of Rugby's product offerings to provide expert advice and recommendations to customers.

  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and issues in a timely and professional manner, striving for prompt resolution.

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and results, using CRM software as required.
