What you’ll do as a Compensation Manager:

  • Provide compensation consulting and support throughout the business
  • Collaborate closely with HR Business Partners , Talent Partners, regional leaders, and key business stakeholders to provide recommendations on day to day needs
  • Be the subject matter expert on Annual & Mid-year compensation planning cycles, job architecture, range analysis, salary structures, budgeting, benchmarking, etc.
  • Develop the thinking around compensation data analytics and relevant dashboards for decision making
  • Support on HR Technology projects related to compensation requirements, process, reporting, testing, and data
  • Identify resources and oversee participation in compensation surveys
  • Document and ensure compensation practices follow compliance with current laws and regulations.
  • Design and deliver compensation training and communications
  • Manage other projects as needed



What you’ll bring:

  • 3+ years broad-based compensation experience, CCP preferre
  • dBachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experienc
  • eExperience using Workday is highly preferre
  • dGlobal compensation experience is preferre
  • dExpertise in compensation market practices, rules/regulations, and complianc
  • eExcellent communicator and influence
  • rAbility to analyze data and create meaningful insight
  • sInnovative and naturally curious team player with skills to influence at all level
  • sSelf-driven with great organization skills and follow-through, with the ability to prioritize your workload and balance concurrent project
