About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Compensation Analyst to join our team at Ocean Spray. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will play a critical role in analyzing, developing, and implementing compensation activities and programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct market analysis to determine competitive compensation trends and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Design, implement, and administer salary structures, incentive plans, and other compensation programs.
  • Collaborate with the Human Resources team and business partners to provide global compensation guidance and support.
  • Prepare and present reports on compensation data and trends to management.
  • Lead the annual compensation review process, including merit increases, promotions, and equity adjustments.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in compensation analysis.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret and present data effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Knowledge of compensation laws and regulations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
