We're seeking a motivated Sales Representative to help expand our impact by growing enrollments and building strong community partnerships. Position SummaryThe Sales Coordinator will be responsible for driving growth through new enrollment generation, cultivating and maintaining relationships with schools, day cares, preschools, community centers, and parks, and serving as the liaison between Soccer Shots and school districts/community partners. This role also oversees grassroots marketing efforts, including flyer distribution and posting ground signs/posters in the community. Success in this role requires initiative, persistence, and a passion for helping children access quality enrichment opportunities. Key ResponsibilitiesYouth Soccer Coaching Deliver high-quality Soccer sessions to children ages 2-10 for 2-5 hours per week. Support colleagues by being added to our coaching "sub list." New Business Development Identify and secure new partner sites (schools, day cares, preschools, public parks, and recreation centers). Conduct outreach via phone calls, email, networking, and in-person visits. Deliver professional presentations and proposals to decision-makers. Account Management and Liaison Duties Serve as the primary liaison with school districts, administrators, and community partners. Maintain positive, ongoing relationships with partner sites to encourage long-term collaboration. Act as the point of contact for scheduling, enrollment coordination, and program updates. Ensure high levels of partner satisfaction and retention. Enrollment Growth and Marketing Implement strategies to increase child enrollments at existing and new sites. Execute grassroots marketing initiatives, including distributing flyers, placing ground signs, and posting posters in the community. Collaborate with marketing to promote programs through digital, print, and community channels. Track sales activities, partner feedback, and enrollment data to inform strategy. Collaboration and Teamwork Work closely with the operations and coaching staff to ensure smooth program delivery. Represent Soccer Shots at community events, fairs, and partner meetings. Qualifications Prior experience in sales, business development, or account management (preferred in education, youth programs, or recreation). Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust quickly. Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven. Comfort with cold outreach and in-person relationship building. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently. Passion for youth development and belief in Soccer Shots' mission. Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and ability to travel locally. Compensation, Benefits & Schedule Hybrid Competitive base salary ($20-22 hourly) plus commission/bonus opportunities based on performance Mileage reimbursement for travel 25-30 Hours per week Paid training and professional development.
