Sales CoordinatorReporting to the Assistant Director of Sales, the Sales Coordinator is responsible for supporting the sales team in all aspects of the sales process. This includes handling inquiries, preparing proposals, coordinating events, maintaining accurate records, and providing exceptional customer service to clients and internal stakeholders.Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:Sales Support:Respond to incoming sales inquiries via phone, email, and in-person in a timely and professional manner.Prepare sales proposals, contracts, and other sales-related documents accurately and efficiently.Assist in the development and distribution of sales materials and presentations.Maintain and update the customer database with accurate and current information.Generate sales reports and track sales activities as required.Coordinate and schedule appointments, site visits, and client meetings.Builds group blocks and manages rooming lists and individual/group reservations.Event Coordination:Assist with pre and post event needs (reader boards, points, amenities).Assist in the planning and execution of events, including meetings, conferences, and social gatherings.Coordinate with various hotel departments (e.g., catering, banquets, housekeeping) to ensure seamless event execution.Prepare event orders and ensure all details are communicated clearly to relevant departments.Assist with on-site event coordination and problem-solving.Post events follow up, including sending thank you notes, and requesting feedback.Customer Service:Provide exceptional customer service to clients and internal stakeholders.Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster repeat business.Act as a liaison between the client and the hotel.Administrative Tasks:Maintain accurate records of sales activities, contracts, and client communications.Process sales orders and invoices.Manage and organize sales files and documents.Assist with administrative tasks as needed.Assist with the creation of group blocks.Other duties as assigned.EOS Hospitality is an Equal Opportunity Employer and does not discriminate based on race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, or any other protected status under applicable law.
