Job Summary:

The Lease Administrator will manage all property leases, maintain the lease database, and coordinate with landlords and facility teams to address property issues. This position requires strong organizational skills, familiarity with leasing software, and the ability to build positive relationships. The role also includes responding to physical mail inquiries, managing reports, and assisting with process improvement initiatives.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the lease database using leasing software.
  • Oversee leases for all properties and assist the facility team with landlord coordination (e.g., repairs or issues like roof leaks).
  • Handle communication with landlords, respond to inquiries, and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Respond to physical mail and email inquiries related to lease administration.
  • Create reports using basic Microsoft Office tools and maintain organized documentation.
  • Assist in streamlining processes, automating tasks, and documenting procedures to improve lease management operations.


Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with lease administration software and leasing terminology.
  • Basic understanding of lease laws and regulations.
  • Strong communication skills to work with landlords and internal teams.
  • Self-sufficient and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
