Your mission will be to:
  • Grow and Shine: Recruit star realtors, mentor and motivate them, and watch them soar
  • Lead with Flair: Ensure our operations are compliant, efficient, and effective.
  • Market and Wow: Collaborate on inventive marketing strategies, drive retention with flair, and keep track of our dazzling performance with monthly and quarterly reports.
 What You’ll Bring:
  • A current Managing Broker license and Real Estate license in Illinois.
  • 3-5 years of active real estate experience with a track record of sales success.
  • Stellar communication, leadership, and organizational skills that inspire greatness.
