Sales Development RepresentativeAs a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will play a critical role in generating and qualifying leads for our Accessory Dwelling Unit projects. You will be the first point of contact for potential clients, and your job is to clearly communicate our value proposition, assess client needs, and schedule consultations with our senior sales team.The ideal candidate has a strong background in sales, preferably within construction or homebuilding, and is confident with phone outreach and customer engagement.
