We're looking for a motivated Territory Sales Representative to support and expand our strong presence across Long Island. If you want to be part of a respected, fast-moving, and customer-focused team, this is the opportunity to take your career to the next level.
What You'll Do
- Build and strengthen relationships with retailers, nurseries, and garden centers throughout your territory.
- Manage a robust portfolio of existing accounts while actively prospecting new business.
- Showcase industry-leading products across lawn, garden, patio, and holiday décor categories.
- Identify seasonal opportunities and secure high-impact merchandising displays.
- Promote exclusive programs, product launches, and special buying events.
- Represent Arett at major industry events including our Open House Trade Show, Summer Marketplace, and Good Tidings Holiday Showroom.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues quickly and deliver exceptional experiences.
What Makes You a Great Fit
- 5+ years of outside sales experience (manufacturer or wholesale distribution preferred).
- Lawn & garden or retail experience is a strong plus.
- A proactive, organized communicator with a self-starter mindset.
- Comfortable working independently while managing a diverse customer base.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Valid driver's license, insurance, and reliable transportation required.

Job Details
- Job Type: Full-time
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, with occasional weekends for events

- Outside sales: 5 years (required)
- Wholesale distributor: 2 years (required)
- Microsoft Excel/Word/Outlook: 3 years each (required)
- Driver's License (required)
