Key Responsibilities
- Project Coordination: Assist in planning, executing, and closing real estate projects. Help manage timelines, budgets, and resources.
- Communication: Serve as a liaison between various stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal teams. Facilitate meetings and ensure effective communication throughout project phases.
- Documentation: Prepare, review, and maintain project documentation, including contracts, reports, and schedules. Ensure all documents are accurate and up-to-date.
- Scheduling: Coordinate meetings, site visits, and project milestones. Manage calendars and ensure that all stakeholders are informed of key dates and deadlines.
- Compliance: Ensure that projects comply with all relevant regulations, codes, and standards. Assist in obtaining necessary permits and approvals.
- Problem-Solving: Identify potential issues or delays and work to resolve them in a timely manner. Escalate major concerns to senior team members as needed.
- Support: Provide administrative support to project managers and other team members. Handle various tasks such as preparing presentations, organizing files, and processing invoices.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience in real estate or project management is a plus but not required. Internships or relevant coursework can be considered.
- Skills: Exceptional organizational and time-management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, and project management software (e.g., Monday.com) is a plus.
- Attributes: Attention to detail, proactive attitude, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Eagerness to learn and grow within the real estate
