Everyone is highly valued and plays a vital role in the growth of our organization.Job Description: The ESS Regional Sales Director is responsible for leading and managing the sales team in the designated regions (Eastern US, Western US, Canada, South America) to drive the sales and market expansion of energy storage products. This position requires excellent market insight, strategic planning capabilities, and leadership skills to ensure the achievement of the company's sales targets and market penetration.Job Responsibilities:Develop and execute sales strategies to meet the regional sales targets assigned by the companyExpand the energy storage market, identify potential customers, understand customer needsCommunicate and negotiate with customers, facilitate cooperation, sign contracts, and maintain customer relationshipsRegularly revisit customers to establish long-term cooperative relationshipsOrganize and develop the sales team in accordance with company goalsManage team performance targets, and support the achievement of sales targetsStrategize and plan for product and process optimization too leadershipProvide professional product configuration and wealth management services to customersResponsible for local resource exploration, sales channel development, maintenance, service, and cooperate widely with local institutionsUnderstand industry dynamics and competitor situations, provide timely market information feedback, and offer suggestions for the company's marketing strategyTeam Training and Development: Regularly train team members and help distributors cultivate qualified sales teams.Work Reporting: Complete work reports and other related business reporting tasks to ensure timely updates and accuracy of informationQualifications:Bachelor's degree or aboveChinese or Bilingual preferredFamiliar with industry management laws and regulations and international trade,Able to effectively connect domestic and foreign customers and suppliersFamiliar with market research, business contract negotiation, quotation analysis, and bidding managementHave keen market insight, strong organizational coordination skills, and business analysis capabilitiesExpected Pay Range$130,000 - $180,000 USDGotion Inc. is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
