Role Description
This is a full-time Assistant Manager role at Stretch Zone in Oklahoma City, OK. As an Assistant Manager at Stretch Zone, you will be responsible for converting prospects into clients, following client progress, assisting with daily operations, managing and training staff, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring a positive experience for clients. Additionally, you will help drive business growth and uphold Stretch Zone's standards of excellence in practitioner-assisted stretching.
Qualifications
- Experience in customer service, fitness, or wellness industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Organizational skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of stretching techniques or willingness to learn
- Certification in personal training or related field is a plus
- Positive attitude and passion for helping others improve their health and well-being
