Our innovative approach utilizes a patented stretch table design and a proprietary methodology that ensures remarkable results and a superior client experience.


Position Summary:

The Flexibility Specialist is tasked with delivering our exclusive Stretch Zone assisted stretching service. You will collaborate with a team of Flexibility Specialists to provide this service six days a week. Specific hours will be assigned, accommodating both full-time and part-time schedules.


Exceptional customer service is paramount, and you should maintain a professional appearance while being passionate about helping clients enhance their health and wellness.


The studio operates with a TEAM approach, where every member is committed to providing outstanding client service, maintaining a clean environment, keeping accurate client records, and supporting one another as needed.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Delivering tailored stretching sessions based on client needs.
  • Identifying clients' areas of concern and addressing them with targeted stretches.
  • Collaborating with the General Manager to establish weekly stretch delivery targets.
  • Building strong client relationships to achieve agreed renewal rates.
  • Engaging in community outreach to promote the Stretch Zone methodology and studio.
  • Completing daily tasks assigned by the General Manager that support studio operations and sales strategies.

Candidate Profile:

Education & Experience:

  • Experience in the health, wellness, or fitness sector.
  • Undergraduate degree in exercise, health, or fitness is a plus.
  • Certifications such as ACE, NASM, ACSM, or NSCA are preferred.
  • Experience in team sports is advantageous.

Position-Specific Requirements:

Attendance at a one-week training program at the studio is mandatory. Upon successful completion and passing of tests, you will be certified in the Stretch Zone methodology, enabling you to provide our proprietary stretching services. You will receive your hourly wage during this training period.

  • Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to remain active throughout the day.
  • Understanding of human anatomy, particularly muscle groups.

Compensation and Benefits:
