Job Title: Business Data Analyst (with P&C Insurance experience)
Work Location: San Diego, CA (Hybrid – Onsite)
Work Timings: US PST (Business Hours - 8AM to 5 PM PST)
Note: Candidate needs to work from ICW office from Tue to Thu every week.
Primary Skills (Must have):
- P&C Insurance business analyst experience
- Insurance domain, Agile/Scrum knowledge
- Proficient in SQL
- Able to gather data requirements and reporting needs.
- Utilize SQL to extract and analyze large amounts of data including testing and validation of data sets, balancing, etc.
- Perform data profiling and data-in-context analysis to support data warehousing projects, data conversion, and data quality issues.
- Perform database structure research and create data mapping documents to understand relevant data elements along with their definitions and use.
- BA will be working predominantly in the data integration projects and hence Data mapping and SQL skills will be the key skills required.
Soft Skills (Nice to have):
- As this is an onsite role, must have strong written and oral communication skills.
- Strong ability to work with client stakeholders.
