This role will drive value through strategic sourcing initiatives while maintaining quality and service standards. The position offers engagement in a highly collaborative team environment with opportunities for talent development and career advancement.Work EnvironmentVirtual position with hybrid options in: Richmond, VA; McLean, VA; Plano, TX.Essential Functions & Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and align sourcing strategies within assigned categoriesPerform market analysis including trends, benchmarking, and spend analysis to identify savings opportunitiesLead cross-functional stakeholder teams through sourcing events (RFXs), supplier evaluation, and contract negotiationsCommunicate effectively with leadership to drive optimal decision-makingCollaborate with Facilities Management and Operations teams to execute sourcing plansSupport service lines in budget planning and managementDraft and amend contracts adhering to organizational standardsManage supplier relationships including KPI tracking and facilitating business meetingsProvide guidance to facility management and operations teams on sourcing and supply chain activitiesImplement risk management strategies to mitigate supply chain disruptionsRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field3-5 years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or supply chain managementDemonstrated experience developing and negotiating supplier contractsStrong analytical capabilities to evaluate deals and determine optimal pricing structuresPreferred QualificationsProfessional certification (CPSM, CPM, CSCP, or similar)Knowledge of sustainability practices in procurementProject management experience or certificationExperience with Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) and Capital Project ManagementProven success achieving cost savings through complex contract negotiationsProficiency with:E-procurement systems (Jaggaer)Microsoft Office and Google SuiteIndustry platforms (Aravo, Avetta, Corrigo)Data analysis and visualization toolsKnowledge, Skills & AbilitiesEffective communication and presentation skillsStrong process development and execution capabilitiesExcellent project management abilitiesDeep understanding of supplier management and service integrationExceptional planning, organization, and performance under pressureLeadership skills for managing internal and external expectations to meet deadlinesAdvanced interpersonal skills for working with diverse stakeholdersEstimated Total Compensation For This Position:110,000.00 110,000.00 USD per yearThe total compensation range is an estimate and not guaranteed.
