Notes:

• Pay Rate: $59.00/hr on W2.

• Ideal candidates are located near Richmond, VA, though applicants from Dallas/Fort Worth, TX, and Atlanta, GA are also welcome.

Job Description:

• Seize this unique chance to play a crucial role in a transformative business initiative. We seek a meticulous and high-performing Senior Manager to lead contract sourcing and separation efforts as we establish a new independent business unit.
• Collaborate closely with the Interim Strategic Sourcing Lead to manage supplier transitions and drive technology sourcing initiatives.
• Engage in hands-on sourcing execution for indirect categories while navigating complex enterprise contract disentanglement.
• Ensure the new standalone business operates fully, with a self-sufficient indirect procurement model and supplier agreements by May 1, 2026.
• Team up with Legal and Finance to analyze supplier agreements, identify impacted contracts, and support the seamless transition of suppliers.
• Lead sourcing events for essential indirect categories, including operations, facility services, and technology.
• Develop robust supplier strategies to guarantee business continuity throughout the separation process.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contract terms aligned with the new entity's needs.
• Maintain comprehensive trackers, dashboards, and reports for progress visibility.
• Design and implement interim or future-state processes and sourcing playbooks for efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field required.
• A minimum of 7 years' experience in technology sourcing or vendor management roles, with software procurement experience preferred.
• Extensive knowledge in sourcing and managing indirect categories.
• Expertise in technology sourcing, including SaaS, cloud services, telecom, and infrastructure.
• Proficiency with sourcing tools and systems such as SAP Ariba, Coupa, or ServiceNow.
• Experience in contract disentanglement during M&A transitions or spin-offs is highly desirable.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, cross-functional settings while managing multiple priorities.
• Exceptional analytical, organizational, and communication skills required.
• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and conflict resolution abilities.
