LHH Recruitment Solutions has a Marketing Manager, Downstream Programs opening for our client in the Conshohocken, PA area This direct hire role allows you to utilize your mastery experience of marketing with a primary focus on downstream programs in the aesthetics industry as well as the cash-pay specialties in healthcare. Qualified candidates will have an expansive background in marketing and marketing project management in healthcare. You will be a critical component in identifying and creating marketing opportunities through data driven insight and foster a proactive collaborative environment.


This on-site position requires a Bachelor’s Degree within either Marketing and/or Business Management. Ideal candidates will have a MINMUM of 4-5 years’ experience in dealing with downstream program marketing efforts and projects in a healthcare/medical device setting and have a high focus of aesthetics as well as cash-pay specialties.


Salary range: $84,000.00 to $115,000.00.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute downstream customer programs, including things such as loyalty programs, promotional events, and external promotions tailored to the plastic surgery and aesthetics market.
  • Support and collaborate with the product management team with downstream implementation programs to drive cross-selling initiatives and meet sales goals.
  • Identify and utilize market specific research and customer insights/feedback to identify opportunities for growth of marketing strategies as well as generate sales.
  • Identify and manage the creation of marketing content, digital/print/audio, and educational materials to support the sales team and customer education initiatives as needed and required.
  • Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of specific marketing initiatives and utilize that data to improve market performance.
  • Maintain collaborative relationships with industry and opinion leaders as well as industry partners to enhance brand visibility, credibility, and maintain those relationships.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business management or marketing is required.
  • Experience with marketing project management from idea to fruition.
  • Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in marketing roles in either the medical device or healthcare industry, with a primary focus on downstream marketing.
  • Required – Proven aesthetics or other cash-pay specialties experience.
  • Proven clear and concise communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively a team environment.
  • Proficient in all Microsoft office applications.
  • Must be willing to undergo background clearance check and maintain approved status.
  • Experience working in a highly regulated product and customer facing/client environment.
  • Proven ability to be a creative thinker to develop innovative marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
