Marketing Product Manager

LHH Recruitment Solutions has a Marketing Product Manager – Aesthetics opening for our client in the Conshohocken, PA area This direct hire role allows you to utilize your mastery experience of marketing with a primary focus on the aesthetics industry as well as cash-pay specialties in healthcare. Qualified candidates will have an expansive background in product marketing and marketing project management in healthcare and/or medical devices. You will be a critical component in being the voice of the organization in identifying and creating marketing opportunities through data driven insight. You will also be responsible for fostering a proactive collaborative creative environment through new product launches and maintaining an aesthetics portfolio.

This on-site position requires a Bachelor’s Degree within either Marketing and/or Business Management. Ideal candidates will have a MINMUM of 5 years’ experience managing healthcare and/or medical device marketing programs and marketing efforts and projects. Qualified candidates will also have proven marketing success in the healthcare and/or medical device industry, preferably in aesthetics.


Salary range: $85,000.00 to $120,000.00.


Responsibilities:

  • Identify, collaborate and communicate, enforce, and gain approval on individual products with associated team members and management for product launches and/or marketing strategy.
  • Assist and collaborate consistently on social media strategies, public events, and meetings as needed/required.
  • Build rapport & coordinate meetings with key stakeholders as well as report to and collaborate with.
  • Execute clear and defined marketing strategies to build product demand and drive sales of products.
  • Follow projects from idea to initiation to completion/fruition though working collaboratively with the Director of Marketing and including stakeholders to help achieve vision and company goals.
  • Assist in planning of new product ideas based on current and projected market trends as data is indicative of.
  • Prepare reports, give presentations, and explain metrics on project updates.
  • Analyze customer and client feedback including but not limited to online data, etc. to determine the next steps for product marketing.
  • Manage ongoing communications in regard to the lifecycle of our Aesthetics portfolio including updates, metrics, changes, etc.
  • Travel up to 35% domestically and be willing and able to travel internationally in the near future.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business management or marketing is required.
  • Experience with marketing project management from idea to fruition.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing roles in either the medical device or healthcare industry, with a primary focus on aesthetics.
  • Proven clear and concise communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively a team environment.
  • Proficient in all Microsoft office applications.
  • Must be willing to undergo background clearance check and maintain approved status.
  • Experience working in a highly regulated product and customer facing/client environment.
  • Proven ability to be a creative thinker to develop innovative marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
