About the Role:

Join our global inbound contact center, supporting HR queries for the US, Canada, UK, and Ireland. This role involves handling inbound calls, emails, and chats related to HR topics such as payroll, benefits, and performance management. There's potential for contract extension or full-time conversion based on performance.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to HR-related inquiries from employees, retirees, and candidates.
  • Apply HR policies to resolve issues and provide guidance.
  • Document and manage cases, escalating as necessary.


Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1 year of HR or customer service experience.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization abilities.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in HR or related field is a plus.
  • Experience with Workday and MS Office is preferred.
