  • Ensure email designs and layouts are optimized, function correctly across various email clients, and are mobile-friendly. Pay close attention to detail, quality assurance, and visual presentation using tools like Litmus.
  • Stay updated on email best practices and guide the enterprise in mobile-first email functionality, email accessibility, dark mode, AMP for Email, plain text, ALT text, and more.
  • Assist in designing and documenting strategies to leverage automation, dynamic content, data-driven segmentation, and other advanced Salesforce Marketing Cloud features to enhance customer engagement and response.
  • Update training materials for the internal design team.
  • Analyze analytics and trends to derive actionable insights.
  • Understand A/B and multivariate testing, as well as best practices for tracking and tagging.
  • Proactively identify and resolve issues, recommending appropriate solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience implementing Salesforce Marketing Cloud Content Builder, Contact Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio, Mobile Studio, and Journey Builder (experience with Interaction Studio/Customer 360 Audiences is a plus).
  • Proficient in Marketing Cloud personalization (formerly Evergage).
  • Knowledgeable about privacy policies and anti-spam regulations, including CAN-SPAM, Apple Mail Privacy Protection, GDPR, and marketing consent.
  • Extensive experience with enterprise Marketing Cloud environments spanning multiple business units.
  • Advanced understanding of software architecture, design, and business processes.
  • Proficient in SFMC REST and SOAP API data transmission protocols.
  • Preferred certifications: SFMC Email Specialist, Consultant, Developer, or Administrator.
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into business impacts.
  • At least 2 years of experience with other Salesforce Core applications such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud, and Analytics Cloud.
  • Skilled in HTML, JavaScript, CSS, AMPScript, SQL, and SSJS.
  • Familiarity with Java and React is a plus.
