Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the email and channel marketing team with building custom queries, email templates, amp script-based dynamic templates, automation jobs, and comprehensive customer 1:1 journey.
  • Develop and implement Marketing Cloud solutions that meet business requirements and drive marketing success.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of Marketing Cloud solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Marketing Cloud features and best practices to continuously improve our marketing capabilities.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience in Salesforce Technologies.
  • 4+ years of experience as a marketing cloud administrator and/or developer.
  • Experience in Marketing Cloud Connector setup, Marketing Cloud Integration with Salesforce and other applications, Automation Studio, Email Studio, Journey Builder.
  • Email deliverability Monitoring, reporting and IP Warming Marketing Automation experience.
  • Marketing Cloud Email Specialist, Marketing Cloud Consultant certifications.
  • Familiar with building email templates and content using Content Builder.
  • Experience / Skills: AMPScript (SFMC Coding Language) HTML/CSS, SQL, JSON; XML, MQ, HTTP, REST, Java Script.
  • Experience in querying Data Extensions and write SQL Query Activities.
  • Certified in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer and/or Marketing Cloud Consultant is preferred.
