Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team, focusing on the employer markets with an emphasis on 401K and related financial products. This is a contract-to-hire position, with the intention to transition to a full-time role after three months.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth data analysis to support the employer markets, particularly in 401K and annuity allocation.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and maintain a healthy backlog.
- Work closely with QA teams (Accenture) to ensure thorough testing and quality assurance.
- Translate data findings into actionable requirements.
- Manage and analyze data from various aggregators.
- Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate new features and functionalities.
- Create comprehensive documentation and execute test cases and user stories.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within the employer markets or financial services sector.
- Strong understanding of 401K plans and annuity allocations.
- Hands-on experience with APIs and integrating data from multiple sources.
- Excellent data analysis skills and the ability to translate findings into requirements.
- Experience with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and quality assurance processes.
- Outstanding documentation skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with Polarion for documentation and executing test cases and user stories.
