TrustPoint.One has partnered with a prestigious Troy, MI based law firm in their search for a Temporary Immigration Attorney. They are seeking a candidate with 3-5 years of experience to assist the firm for 12 weeks.


The responsibilities of the temporary Immigration Attorney include:

  • Supporting the Immigration team with business clients and individuals with immigration related matters
  • Securing foreign workers visas that allow them to work in the U.S.
  • Ensuring that hiring practices of business clients are in compliance with immigration laws
  • Conducting document retention with matters such as employment visa eligibility documentation, company policies, and visas petition audits
  • Assisting with legal matters related to visas and establishing international branches
  • Facilitating the legal movement of employees across borders for business travel

The ideal candidate will have an active bar license in any US state and will have at least 3 years of experience with business/employment immigration cases.
