· Represent clients in all areas of business immigration law
· Draft and coordinate applications and petitions for filing with USCIS, USCBP and USDOL including Consular filings processed by USDOS such as:
o O-1 Petitions
o NIW Petitions
o TN Applications
o H-1B Petitions
o H-4 Applications
o H-3 Petitions
o J-1 Petitions
o L-IA/L-IB Petitions
o Blanket L Petitions
o Request for Evidence filings
o E Visa Applications
o Appeals on denial of petitions or applications
o Finance Visa Petitions/Applications
o PERM Applications
o Immigrant Petitions including EB1 Extraordinary Ability, Outstanding Researcher, and Multinational Manager
o Adjustment of Status/Consular Process filings
o Nonimmigrant Visa Applications
o Waiver Applications
o Green Card renewal filings
o Naturalization Applications
· Draft letters and affidavits supporting applications and petitions.
· Maintain current clients with immigration needs
· Utilize web-based immigration case management software and database
· Conduct immigration related research
· Support corporate clients in immigration compliance and program management
Qualifications:
· At least three years experience in immigration related matters
· Excellent research and writing skills
· Organizational and project management skills
· Proficient in the use of on-line legal research services and legal resources available on the internet
· Excellent communication skills (both oral and written)
· Must have sound judgment
· Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND/OR TRAINING
· Must be a graduate of an accredited law school
· Admitted to a state bar in the United States
· At least 3 years’ experience as a corporate immigration attorney
