VoIP Consultant

Are you an experienced VoIP Consultant eager to take on a challenging and rewarding contract role? I am looking for someone to provide post-go-live support and stabilization for a recently implemented phone system at a mid-sized company located near North New Jersey. This role requires hands-on expertise in troubleshooting, optimizing, and ensuring the seamless operation of the system in a live environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver post-go-live support for the newly implemented MetaSwitch VoIP system.
- Assist with the stabilization and optimization of the system to meet operational requirements.
- Diagnose and resolve issues related to system performance, call quality, and configuration.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective communication and implementation of best practices.
- Offer training and guidance to staff as needed.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in VoIP system support and optimization.
- Specific experience with the MetaSwitch VoIP system preferred.
- Experience with Intermedia Contact Center preferred.
- Ability to travel to the North NJ area preferred.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
