Responsibilities:- Debug and conduct testing on complex systems, including both hardware and software.
- Troubleshoot equipment failures, conduct testing of equipment and services.
- Generate documentation for troubleshooting and maintaining equipment and services.
- Review and provide feedback on program-related documents.
- Provide engineering consultations, investigations and documentation of findings.
- Develop briefings and presentations.
- Create HDR/PTR/DOC data.
- Research, design, development, testing, evaluation and maintenance of integrated computer hardware and software systems.
- Provide support utilizing languages such as LabVIEW, C, C++, Python and shell script.
- US Citizenship or Permanent Residency required.
- Engineering and software development skills.
- Proficiency in programming languages and scripts used in model and tool development.
- Experience with PowerShell, Visual Basic, and/or Batch scripting.
- Familiarity with Radio Frequency (RF) and Electromagnetic Field (EMF) principles.
- Experience with use of source control such as Git.
- Ability to debug and conduct testing on complex systems, including both hardware and software.
- Experience with networking protocols and technologies including TCP, UDP, DHCP, SNMP, and VoIP.
- Experience with lab machinery, lab equipment, and soldering.
- Experience with signal generators, oscilloscopes, and test equipment.
- Solid background knowledge and skills in Computer/Electrical/Electronics Engineering discipline.
- Experience working in a team environment.
- Good written and spoken communication skills including developing technical documentation.
- Ability to pass an FAA background investigation.
- Bachelor of Science from an ABET accredited program in Computer/Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
- Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving experience.
- Experience with PowerShell, Visual Basic, and/or Batch scripting.
- Experience with use of source control such as Git.
- Experience with networking protocols and technologies including TCP, UDP, DHCP, SNMP, and VoIP.
- Experience with lab machinery, lab equipment, and soldering.
- Experience with signal generators, oscilloscopes, and test equipment.
- Experience working in a team environment.
