Location: Northwest Houston, TX


Type of Position: Direct Hire


Shift: M-F 8:30am-6:30pm (Additional evening overtime as needed)


Responsibilities:

  • Accurately process a high volume of orders with extreme accuracy.
  • Provide exceptional, professional customer service and support.
  • Develop a strong rapport with customers.
  • Perform general copying, filing, and other office duties as needed.


Requirements:

  • 10-key experience required
  • High school diploma; Associate’s degree preferred
  • 3+ years of work experience in a fast-paced office environment
  • Extremely accurate data entry
  • Ability to memorize numerous order codes for data entry
  • Superior phone and communication skills
  • Strong ability to meet deadlines, multi-task, and work effectively under pressure
  • Ability to work well with co-workers
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word
  • Professional maturity, consistent track-record, and strong interpersonal skills
  • Must be able to work overtime (Schedule is Monday-Friday 8:30am-6:30pm and requires 2 later evenings each week)
