Patient Care CoordinatorThe Patient Care Coordinator (PCC) serves as the key liaison for our patients and ensures a seamless and welcoming experience. In this role, the PCC will greet patients warmly, introduce them to our office, coordinate treatment services, and cultivate lasting relationships. The PCC must possess exceptional communication skills, a genuine passion for outstanding customer service, and a talent for sales.ResponsibilitiesGreet and welcome patients in a timely, professional and engaging mannerMaintain a productive daily schedule and schedule future appointments in coordination with patients and dental staffProvide patient consultations and communicate information about recommended treatments, cost of service, insurance coverage and payment optionsContact patients to follow up on visits and to build lasting patient relationsshipsEnsure compliance with health, privacy, and safety regulationsTravel as needed for training and to perform job functionsBenefits for FT EmployeesHealthcare Benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision)Paid time Off401(k)Employee Assistance ProgramQualificationsMinimum of high school diploma or equivalent requiredAt least 2 years of customer service role, sales, receptionist, or equivalent preferably in a healthcare or dental settingExperience with dental practice management software such as Denticon/Dentrix preferredExcellent communication skills to interact with patients, office staff, and third party stakeholdersAttention to detail in maintaining patient records and managing financial transactionsWestern Dental Services, Inc. and all relevant affiliates are Equal Opportunity Employers.
