We are a five-star dental group with five thriving offices across Dallas. We are seeking a motivated Front Desk Lead / Treatment Coordinator to both oversee front office operations and guide patients through their treatment journey. This role requires a balance of leadership, financial understanding, and patient communication skills. We're looking for someone who not only manages but inspires—because we don't just work together, we grow together

Responsibilities

  • Lead and support front desk team in scheduling, insurance, and patient communication.
  • Present treatment plans to patients with clarity and confidence.
  • Discuss financial arrangements, insurance benefits, and payment options.
  • Ensure patients feel comfortable and informed about their care.
  • Oversee daily front office operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Train and mentor front staff to provide exceptional patient experiences.
  • Collaborate closely with doctors, hygienists, and office management to meet practice goals.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2+ years in a dental office front desk or treatment coordinator role.
  • Experience presenting treatment plans and financial options to patients.
  • Bilingual (English, Spanish) strongly preferred.
  • Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and problem-solve in a high-volume setting.
  • Monday to Friday (Saturdays as needed).
